Add Voxy worldgen support **NOTE: THIS IS THE SERVER SIDE VERSION** Also, I lowkey forgot to remove two mods, so make sure you remove Sodium and the Better Modlist. And make sure you add Voxy, which, yk, I can't distribute

oops, i made a boo boo - remove connector folder. Added a lot of extra size to the pack

Updated all mods to the newest versions. I actually created a system that allows me to test everything properly, so hopefully there won't be any issues this time. Again, still highly reccomened sable x Xaero bridge and extra CBC shells, versions mentioned in the previous version of the modpack.

Removed Sable x Xaero Bridge and CBC Enchanced Shells [Create Big Cannons] as they are both licensed ARR. However, they are still highly recommended. Version 0.1.11 for the bridge and 1.1.1 for the shells.

I did that thing where I forget Athena again, I'm so dumb sometimes - Added Athena

Many changes, backup probably a good idea. - Added a variety of mods including CC:Tweaked and various addons, as well as some other QOL and Decoration Mods - Updated existing mods - Updated Neoforge loader to 21.1.233 from 21.1.228 Almost lost my mind doing this btw, neoforge wouldn't work for like half an hour and I did this through continuous Modrinth API errors :sob

Added a few new mods, some from CurseForge, some from Modrinth. Also updated existing mods.

Lowkey forgot Athena in the initial release. -Added Athena
