## Cotton 1.1.0 for Minecraft 1.21.1 **Ported to Minecraft 1.21.1 (Fabric).** ### Changes - Updated to Minecraft 1.21.1, Fabric Loader 0.16+, Fabric API 0.116+ and Java 21 - Cotton seeds now drop from **short grass** (renamed in 1.20.3) with a vanilla-like 12.5% chance (Fortune increases it, shears give none). Before, every broken grass block dropped one - The String recipe is now shapeless - Creative tab now uses the Cotton Ball as its icon ### Fixes - Fixed immature crops dropping Cotton Balls: they now drop only seeds; mature crops drop Cotton Balls plus seeds (like wheat) - Fixed dry farmland under the crop turning into dirt (and the crop popping off) when no water was in range; the crop now keeps farmland like vanilla crops - Fixed a crash/incompatibility on dedicated servers: client-only rendering code now runs only on the client - Removed a leftover template mixin ### Notes - Item and block IDs are unchanged (`cottonmod:*`) - Worlds can't be carried over from 1.19.2 to 1.21.1 without Minecraft's own world upgrade. Back up first.
