# CoreArmorX 2026.1.1 Changelog
## Changed
- `recipes.override-vanilla-equipment-recipes: true` now replaces protected direct armor recipes in the `minecraft:*` recipe registry.
- CoreArmorX progression recipes are registered under the protected vanilla output keys, such as `minecraft:iron_helmet` and `minecraft:diamond_chestplate`.
- Original protected vanilla recipes are restored when the override is disabled or the plugin is disabled.
- Bundled configuration comments and website docs now describe the registry replacement behavior correctly.
