Fixed a bug that cause the 20tick loops to stop executing

1.1.6 Changes Updated Pack to work with 1.21.5 (so many thing broke lol) Block swapper can now swap a larger variety of blocks and is slightly more performant! Freezer now freezes lava in a cauldron into crying obsidian and breaks the cauldron into ingots!
