Mainly a bugfix version, I'm sorry it took so long but I didn't really have the motivation to redo a big part of the plugin.

- Hotbar mode
# Fixed:
- Coordinates are now floored instead of rounded to better match minecraft's block grid
- Per player settings should no longer breakdown with more than 4 players online (should)
