With Nostalgic Tweaks being completely rewritten in Beta 9, Console Edition is officially on 1.21 alongside Legacy4J. This update improves performance, adds the old intro, old world gen (1.6.4), old world height, adds multiplayer via World Host, more Optifine resource pack support, alongside removing a lot of bloat. The config was also entirely remade from scratch, alongside porting to be based on the Adrenaline modpack.
