Confiture

A super-tiny mod to prevent the spawn of all vanilla minecraft mobs except villagers. Entities like armorstand remain unchanged. Some mob sounds may be heard when they try to spawn and get denied. Unfortunately I can't fix for this.

Hello there,

If you landed on this page, you're probably playing Cobblemon. If so, you probably don't want to see these ugly creatures from vanilla minecraft in your game. Confiture can help you in this, install it on your server if multiplayer to prevent the spawn of any vanilla minecraft mob except villagers. Any other entities that are not tagged as minecraft mobs remain unchanged.

The latest versions support both client and server sides, if you play solo or online.

/!\ I have received one report signaling issues with memory and cpu usage in some server conditions, Confiture may be responsible for crashes or slowed servers. Beware and watch out for any unwanted mod behaviour. THESE ISSUES SHOULD BE FIXED ON CONFITURE 1.4

Also please let me know if you have experienced similar issues !

Basically the 1.5 version with one last patch for End dimension portals : they shall now spawn immediately, allowing you to reach the far islands. (you will still need ender pearls, and they always spawn at height 75). This mod removes the ender dragon fight to focus on pokemon hunt, but the foutain and egg should spawn as you enter the End. The 1.5 also fixed a few bugs left over like invisible ice bears spawning or cats in villages. Created for Minecraft 1.21.1, support up to 1.21.11. Meant to work with Cobblemon 1.8.4.

Fixed issues : -Beehives are no longer rumbling because of bees spawning/despawning, but still work for Combees from Cobblemon. -End dimension now spawns the exit fountain at generation, allowing players to leave without killing the dragon (which will not spawn) Also the dragon egg is placed on top of the fountain, might need to use some pistons. -This update should also fix any memory leak on small build servers that could crash from previous versions of Confiture after a while of running. previous version was dedicaded to server side. Confiture v1.2 now also supports client side, and can be used on multiplayer as optionnal on client side. Some mob noises may still occur, but fixing this would basically turn Confiture into a server and client required mod, which I don't want to do. Enjoy the comfort of just having to install it server side.
