With this plugin creepers explode but with CONFETTI! Without breaking any blocks around it!
Q: My server is version X and plugin is version Y will it work?

Added option to change chance of confetti explosion instead of normal explosion(default 100% for confetti explosion). Check config.yml to change its value.
