Add Command to Transfer Pokemon from profile to another, <br> /poketransfer <from> <to>, works on offline players as well and requires the permission node <br>```cobblemonutils.poketransfer```

This version adds a few commands, which should under no circumstance be given to anyone not 100% trusted.<br><br> The commands are /mmtell <player> "message", which sends an unsanitized minimessage to the player.<br> /createdupe <player> <slot>, which creates a duplicate pokemon, with the same uuid as the original, this is for testing purposes, like when using the finddupe command.<br> Lastly, and possibly most importantly, this version also adds a trade event hook, which checks if the players have any duplicate pokemon based on uuids, to address duplication glitches tied to held items. To solve the issue, the pokemon is simply removed from one of the player's party/pc. The mod also makes sure to log the pokemon properties in case you need to see what was deleted as well.

Adds a PokeInsert command to insert pokemon into the specified player's party. This works for players who are not online as well. This only works with pokemon in your party.The luckperms node is: ```cobblemonutils.pokeinsert```<br><br> Added the OT tag to the pokespy menu <br><br> Added a pokemon property, min_perfect_ivs, which helps you set the number of IVs set to 31, and setting the rest of the IVs to a random value, keep in mind this can still produce a 6x31 if you only specify min_perfect_iv=0, it just sets the stats randomly after it has created four perfect IVs.
