Cobblemon Genesis
Build a home, grow your Pokémon team, and explore together. Genesis is a community survival server for Minecraft Java 1.21.1 · Fabric · Cobblemon 1.8.4.
Join the server
- Install the Modrinth App and sign in with your Minecraft account.
- Install Cobblemon Genesis 0.0.30, the current public pack.
- Launch that profile and select the preconfigured Cobblemon Genesis entry in Multiplayer. If you need to add it manually, use:

What you can do in Genesis
- PokéMenu: type
/genesisuito reach the server's menus from one place. - Research: follow objectives, track progress and pin goals while you play.
- Mega Evolution: build your team and explore Mega forms with the included compatible client assets.
- Trainers, gyms and special encounters: progress through battles and discover encounters, including the Psychic and Water Tera Dens.
- GTS, Wonder Trade and Daycare: trade Pokémon and develop your team.
- Protected builds: claim your home in the long-term world and explore renewable resource worlds.
- Community survival: collect, build, battle and share your discoveries with other trainers.
These online systems belong to the Genesis server; installing the pack alone does not recreate its server-side features in singleplayer. Some encounters and visual animations remain under review. Cobble Contests are disabled. Check Discord for current limitations.
Updating or having trouble?
Update your existing Genesis profile through Modrinth and restart the game. Preserve your personal worlds, screenshots, waypoints, keybinds and settings. Do not mix in old standalone JAR attachments.
If joining fails, check the selected pack version and copy the complete address, including :61235. For an Invalid session message, fully close Minecraft and the launcher, sign in again and relaunch. In Discord support, include your pack version, exact error and a screenshot; never share passwords or account tokens.

- The new seven-room EV/EXP Training Hall is available through **/ev**, with six EV rooms and a separate Chansey EXP/HP EV room.
- Automatic one-time starter kits for genuinely new players; existing players keep their inventories and entitlements.
- Existing resource packs, automatic pack selection, the Genesis multiplayer entry and gameplay features are preserved.
**Known issue:** The reported Greninja move-menu freeze has not been conclusively reproduced or fixed. The optional diagnostic JAR is not included in this public pack.

Raging Bolt retains its original shared normal/shiny appearance. Use this release with the Genesis 1.8.4 server.

- Uses the original, unmodified creator-hosted mod download. No new AI-generated models, textures or artwork.
Physical badge items require the matching server mod. This client release prepares support; availability on Genesis begins after the separately approved server installation. Existing gym victory records and rewards are unchanged.

- Restores the original MissingMons Klefki idle, walking, battle, sleep, cry and blink animation definitions by removing the conflicting Genesis animation and resolver overrides.
- Fixes the missing-animation conflict without replacing Klefki artwork or generating new animations. Normal and shiny rendering and visible idle/walking movement were checked in Minecraft.
- Keeps all mod versions, other accepted Pokemon visuals, resource-pack order and the automatic Genesis server entry unchanged.
Update the modpack through your launcher. No server update or gameplay reset is required. Manually added legacy resource packs remain outside the supported pack and should stay disabled if they conflict.

- Fixes a client crash when viewing Klefki in PC storage by restoring Cobblemon 1.8.2's native Klefki animation controller.
- Keeps normal/shiny Klefki models and textures, all other accepted Pokemon visuals, resource-pack order and the automatic Genesis server entry unchanged.
- Existing players can update through their launcher's normal modpack update flow; no manual Klefki patch is needed after updating.
This is a client-only compatibility correction. No server update or gameplay reset is required. Manually added legacy resource packs are not part of this release and may still need to be disabled if they conflict.

- Adds the accepted community visuals for Manaphy, Phione, Cresselia, Iron Hands, Iron Treads, Mega Abomasnow and Raging Bolt, while preserving the accepted Swalot and other existing models.
- Automatically selects the resource packs in the tested order and keeps the Genesis multiplayer entry, preserving existing server-list entries.
- Raging Bolt uses ASHISK’s original model, texture and animations. Normal and shiny intentionally share the original appearance; no generated shiny texture is included.
- Retains the existing Battle Tower and gameplay compatibility. This is a client visual update; server content and player data are unchanged.
Community source downloads and attribution are included in the pack.

Adds the matching Raid Dens client and updates Mega Showdown, RCT API,
DaycarePlus, CobbleNav and the Genesis compatibility files. Retains Battle Plus,
the existing five-floor Tower, original menus, Research, Hunts and Economy.
Genesis is added once to Multiplayer: pgsql-cherokee.tun.ply.gg:61235.
Existing server-list entries are preserved. No personal profile is edited by
this release preparation; use your launcher's normal update or a new profile.
Server activation is coordinated separately. The proposed initial Raid Dens
rollout uses Tiers 1–3, no cash payouts and the original capture/pouch rewards.
Higher tiers are not advertised as active in natural rotation.
Normal and shiny Mega Abomasnow rendering passed the focused private checks.
Broader missing Pokemon model/animation coverage remains unfinished. No ATM x
MSD resource pack or new independent replacement-model collection is included.
The archive contains no server world, accounts, inventories, Pokemon stores,
private test probes or credentials. Existing gameplay data remains on the server.

## Genesis 0.0.23 — Battle Tower client support
Adds the unchanged official Battle Plus 2.0.0 and Fabric Language Kotlin 1.13.0 + Kotlin 2.1.0 downloads, plus Genesis Tower client compatibility 0.1.0. Existing 0.0.22 mod and resource payloads are preserved. The five-floor server Tower is activated separately, with rewards disabled initially. This update does not advertise Factory rentals or infinite progression.
### Temporary visual limitations remain
These 24 species still use Substitute models: Swalot, Pawmi, Nihilego, Pawmo, Jirachi, Pecharunt, Xurkitree, Buzzwole, Pawmot, Raging Bolt, Zeraora, Manaphy, Pheromosa, Iron Hands, Guzzlord, Celebi, Iron Treads, Cresselia, Phione, Stakataka, Kartana, Magearna, Oranguru and Flutter Mane. Mega Abomasnow still displays its ordinary appearance. No completed independent model replacement is claimed.
No private test probes, server configuration, player saves, custom skin PNGs or removed ATM resource assets are added. Back up local settings, screenshots, waypoints and saves before updating a profile. Genesis server Pokemon, inventories, balances and progression remain on the server.
