I made this right when the ability to have different models based on item components came out. I just had it sitting in my resourcepack folder so I decided to release it. I also had the original one with the texture's I made (downscaled from the vanilla painting textures) using CIT resewn / optifine. I might eventually backport it to 1.20 but I doubt this will get much use considering it is for creative mode only.
