- Removed all mod specific targeting or code and snipe code - Moved TOAA rendering back to asm so nothing can forcefully stop his rendering even if they try taking over event bus

- Fixed TOAA rendering so now he can render over everything

- Added a new entity called TOAA - Made TOAA The strongest chaos mob - Made TOAA almost impossible for any other modded entities or entities ovr to beat

- Added back coremod - Chaos mobs now survive against some of the strongest and toughest bosses in mob battles

1) made the mod work on both client and server if installed on both instead of just single player only 2) added new entities with smooth animations and visuals from dc comics for mob battles 3) made all entites stronger for mob battles 4) fixed bugs where entities would lie on the ground and not dispose after death 5) made the mod stable so its now out of beta 6) made the speedster be unaffected by tick freeze commands(only on neoforge)
