Mobs can use boats for navigation and attack while inside them! Only needed server-side!

Описание
Mobs will mount and dismount boats for navigation, and will attack while inside boats. Works best on hostile mobs. All constants used by the mod are in the config for you to change to your liking. Sever-side only!
