**MODS:**
* Added Subtle Effects.
* Added Fancy World Animations.
* Added Enchantment Insights.
* Added Click Through Plus.
* Added Cool Rain.
* Added Better Clouds.
* Replaced JEI with REI.
* Added Eating Animation Resourcepack.
**CONFIGS:**
* Made multiple changes to shader settings, boosting brightness and visibility and increasing performance.
* Adjusted settings in various mods that change sounds and visuals so they do not overlap with each other.
