## Better Namekians 0.1.0 — Initial Release An addon for Dragon Block C that expands the Namekian race with regeneration mechanics, support abilities, and a full rank system built around the Dragon Balls. ### Passives - **Improved natural regeneration** — Namekians now recover health passively at a higher rate than other races (Majins excluded). - **Active regeneration** — Hold the regeneration key to rapidly heal yourself at the cost of a heavy ki and stamina drain. Powerful, but it leaves you vulnerable. ### Abilities - **Healing touch** — Stand within 0.5 blocks of another player and hold the same key for 2 seconds to begin healing them. The short delay and close range are intentional: they prevent accidental healing during combat. ### Rank System Two exclusive roles, each managing one set of Dragon Balls. **Patriarch (Porunga)** - Increase the number and quality of wishes. - Summon your own Dragon Balls once every 24 real-world hours. - **Blessing** — Unlock the potential of up to 3 chosen players with a stat multiplier. The blessing is lost if the Patriarch dies. - **Manuscript** — A reusable item granted to a non-Namekian, allowing them to become Guardian of the Earth. **Guardian of the Earth / Kami (Shenron)** - Increase the number and quality of wishes. - **Surveillance vanish & teleport** — Observe any player through a third-person camera. Cooldown is 5 minutes *per observed player*, not global. - **Detection scaling** — At level 0, targets must be using 100% of their ki to be read accurately; at max level, 50% is enough. Only works on Earth. - The role becomes vacant on combat death, prolonged absence, or admin removal — and the Manuscript becomes available again. ### Interface - Rank GUI with Porunga/Shenron upgrades, Blessed Warriors management, and the resident surveillance panel. ### Commands `/namekian <vote|challengekami|rankinfo|givemanuscript>` for players. `/namekian <setpatriarch|setkami|clearpatriarch|clearkami|resetcooldown>` for operators. ### Requirements - Minecraft Forge 1.7.10 - Dragon Block C (JRMCore)
