- 1.21.4 support - Reverted affecting all biomes. Will try to make some compatibility stuff for popular ones later

Changed so that it affects *all* biomes. This include biomes from datapacks (like terralith). Note that I think the sky colors will default to the first one from vanilla (sky blue) with the way it's done. I havent tested it but thats my intuition tells me it will do that. I can't do much about it with the way polytone works atm, so either i make a special version for datapacks or wait until something happens so idk (Oh btw, it looks like the fog modifications now work with the latest reese's sodium options fog modifier and polytone versions without it blowing it out of proportion, so thats a fun thing)

- Tweaked variables more to better match bedrock

+ changed how the fog transitioned. Might need tweaking to be more close to bedrock edition compared to the previous version.
