Casual tech-pack with a Create Mod core.

Описание
BCreate
This pack, originally designed for a small SMP is designed to be a casual and performent experience for people prefferably familiar with the create mod, imagine Hermitcraft but with Origins & Tech Mods.
When it comes to the heart of the modpack we have:

Optimizations mods: Sodium, Noisium(Underrated), C2ME, Indium, Nvidium, StutterFix, ModernFix and many more.

Create Mod + some addons (Steam 'n Rails, Ench Insustry, Stone Gens, New Age),

Ad Astra For more end-game content and some practical use for Create New Age,

Simply Swords with Better Combat for cool weapons,

Origins Mod with 40 additional origins
- Includes Datapacks form

and naturally Simple Voice Chat.
Some more default info:
- No Phantoms, bats drop membranes instead, it is also encouraged to destroy any phantom monuments with a nuke
- Elytras are disabled
- Netherite armor is disabled, to keep the casuality (though still possible to obtain)
Hopefully these mods will satiate most types of intrinsicly motivated people, remember that Create mod has too many possibilities to constantly work on the best farms, just make the train across the entire map in the overworld, just for fun.
Technical info:
- The pack requires atleast:
- ~8GB of RAM for clients
- ~4GB of RAM for servers
- ~12GB for SinglePlayer (using both the clint and server)
- 2 server cores work for me
- Not much else matters if your hardware isn't from before 2005
Server version
Since BCreate v2 the pack has been split into two: a Client/Shared version and Server version because of awful Singleplayer performance on 8GB of RAM, I didn't want to make a second page just for the server files so since v3 they're in a zip file in the "Additional Files". From now on i will reffer to the client side as just "the pack" and Additional server files as "Server files".
- The pack itself has all the configs for the server version(except for DC2MC), there are only mods in the server files

I will want to update the pack to Create 6 as soon as it releases on fabric, expect some Create addons to be temporarily removed as they will likely be update much later.

### SERVER SIDE:
I decide to reshuffle the server & client mods, remember that both of the mods and server-side mods folders have to be merged in the server to work. I decided to make the server side mods part of the .mrpack, as a built-in folder
- Old versions of Tectonic was 2.3.5b, and Terralith 2.4.11; **ALWAYS** backup your worlds before updates, I can not understate that.
- Also also, the pack does NOT work on fabric, it's quilt-only, but remember that basically all fabric mods work on quilt.

I moved the entire pack to Quilt cause why not, added some tech related mods like **Computer Craft** and **Plant in a jar**, and random server mischief (Impersonate, Libery's Villagers, Merged Enchantments)
+ Updated all mods possible(so excluding Sodium, Indium & Origins addons because of the complexity in the pack)

- Telekinesis (quilt compatibility issue, already a part of Marjusz's Enchants)
- Enderite Mod (pretty overpowered and not fun)
- Advanced Enderite (over-overpowered)

## Server-only Mods
Server side mods (that were split from the default pack back in v2) are now included as an "additional files" zip file, the pack will be listed as a client side pack, for anyone interested in hosting/playing the pack alone this pack just download the additional files and run.
