* Updated pack formats to include version 80.

* New biomes: Sparse Forest, Dark Rainforest, and Steppe. * Each kind of flower now has its own dedicated patch feature instead of using dual noise providers. * Continentalness and erosion noisemaps have been made larger. * Added lakes and flatter flatlands. * Replaced the `delta_feature` feature in Oasis biomes with a `waterlogged_vegetation_patch` feature that places Moss Blocks. This is to prevent water from generating in unintended places, like between flowers or on top of trees.

+ Changed Pack icon. + Fixed `wolf_variant` directory erroneously being named `wolf_variant`, and added `cynic:forest_strand` to the woods wolves' list of biomes. They should now spawn in the right biomes.
