- Updated to 1.20.4 - Readded patchouli

* Added a new structure, **The Dungeons**: * **The Dungeons** are a new type of structure featuring up to 4 corridors from the entrance. These corridors can lead deeper into the ocean or open into rooms with valuable loot. * Inside **The Dungeons**, you can encounter a new mob, the Abyssal Crab! These crabs can be found in the corridors and broken staircases. They inflict a new effect called **Drowning**. * The **Drowning effect** functions inversely to Levitation, pulling you deeper into the water and causing drowning. This effect has its own set of potions and tipped arrows, which you can craft using the **Abyssal Crab's claw** (Note: Use the Claw after the Nether Wart). * The **Upgraders** have received an **Upgrade**! The connecting lines now display the item's color. * Updated the **mod's logo**! * Fixed some **bugs** **The current model of the Abyssal Crab is temporary and is inspired by Mojang’s official crab model from the 2023 mob vote**

- Added the ability to enchant the **Spear** with Loyalty - Changed the **Quartzum Alloy** Recipe - Added the ability to **waterlog** the following blocks: - **Pedestal** - **Trophy** - **Pot**

* Updated the mod for 1.20.2 **Patchouli seems to not work with 1.20.2 yet so for now no Guide book for 1.20.2**

* Finally finished the Spear Item * Added new Diving Suit Texture! * Added crafting to the spear ( also included in the Patchouli Guide Book ) **The Mod now requires GeckoLib** 

* Added **Jellyfishes** with really primitive AI ( still being worked on, it only moves a little bit ) **The jellyfishes only spawn in groups of 3-5 in any type of ocean** ( the only type of ocean it doesn't spawn is the frozen oceans )

* Finished REI support * Added Upgrades crafting to Patchouli Book * Fixed some bugs
