 The Overhaul Update The Overhaul Update is here, and it brings some cool changes to Astral Pines! This version focuses on expanding the world’s depth and atmosphere, while also making the pack more stable and better optimized. Every decision in this update was made with care to enhance both performance and immersion. - **What's New?** Massive world generation update: The way the world is generated has been completely reworked. While Terralith is still the backbone of the terrain, I've added new structures, tweaks, and biome enhancements to make exploration feel fresh and full of surprises. New creatures have appeared: Several new mobs were added to the world, bringing more life (and danger) to the forests, caves, and ruins scattered across the land. Visual polish & atmosphere: Subtle new effects and visual tweaks make the world feel more alive and magical, without hurting performance. Huge optimization pass: Removed or replaced heavy mods, cleaned up redundant files, and applied performance-focused tweaks. Expect smoother gameplay, more stable FPS, and less RAM usage. - **Notes:** _A world reset is _**highly**_ recommended to experience the new generation and content properly._ This update was fully Idealized by me (hi o/), and I’m always open to feedback and ideas!

_Astral Pines - Version 0.1.6.5 Changelog_ - **Added the full Villager Workers & Soldiers bundle** You can now create specialized worker and soldier villagers by purchasing unique profession blocks from regular villagers. These new roles enhance village functionality and defense strategies. - **Replaced JEI with an alternative recipe viewer** Just Enough Items (JEI) has been replaced with a new recipe interface that better suits the pack’s aesthetic and user experience.  # **YAY!** It’s finally time for a **big** update to the modpack! I’ve been working hard over the past few days to bring you something that makes up for the fact that shaders aren’t working all that well in the current version… My main goal with this update was to craft a more immersive and beautiful experience without relying on shaders, and I think I did it! _This update brings a ton of new enhancements:_ - New particle effects, - A revamped vanilla clouds system (weather2 clouds are still being worked on), - Improved terrain, water, and mob dynamics. And pretty much everything else you can imagine to breathe life into the world of Astral Pines! To balance all these changes, I also added a few extra performance and optimization mods, helping things run smoother even with the new visual depth. Oh, and I’ve added Lootr to the modpack too! No more fighting over loot when someone finds a cool structure, now everyone gets their own chest rewards, making exploration way more fun (and less chaotic 😅). Difficulty patches are also on the way soon to keep things balanced as the world grows more alive! ⚠️ _One small downside_: I had to remove the player animation textures for now due to a few persistent glitches. But don’t worry, I plan to reintegrate them in a future update once everything plays nicely together again. Hope you all enjoy the new feel of the modpack! Can’t wait to hear what you think. 🪄🌿

_Astral Pines - Changelog v0.1.5.34 Beta_ **[Map Completion]** Added the full map module of Xaero's Minimap, allowing you to view the complete world map with all explored areas. Great for navigation and long adventures. **[Crash & Bug Hotfix]** I'm aware that version 1.5.3 was causing crashes and instability. As a temporary fix, Sitting Plus and the Create performance optimization mod have been removed until the issue is properly resolved. **[Performance Notice]** Currently, the modpack may experience significant FPS drops when using shaders, especially near Create machines. I'm actively working on a fix, but for now, shaders are not recommended. _**[Apology]**_ _Sorry for the unstable experience in this patch. Thank you for your patience while I work to bring Astral Pines back to full stability._

**Changes** - Made so that Tornados dont appear EVERY TEN SECONDS. Now they are a rare event.
