Back-ported the fix for a broken config inventory mixin that still remained in 1.19.

Re-implemented mistakenly-removed Scribe's Table integration from pre-1.21.

- Fixed incorrect return values when sending source to a Source Converter, leading to incorrect power conversion or outright crashes - Fixed enchanting apparatus recipes for the ME Source Jar, Source Converter and Source Cell Housing not having the correct path

Re-added the forgotten enchanting apparatus recipe for the ME Source Jar.
