1.5 BETA 2: The goal of this update is to give a quality update to the parts of the game that felt incomplete, inconsistent or buggy. 🧱 New blocks - Added signs, hanging signs, chests, barrels, bookshelves and ladders for Black Birch, Sculk Planks, Wisterya and Radioactive Balsa. - Barrels can be used as furnace fuel. - Bookshelves help with enchanting. ⚔️ New item - Added Sculk Golem Arms, dropped by the Sculk Golem boss. Both arms punch, and holding sneak + right-click does a big slam attack. 🏹 Sculk Bow - Reworked into a real bow: it has durability and works with bow enchantments (Infinity, Mending, Unbreaking, Punch). - Deals more damage in the dark. - Drawing is a bit faster while sneaking. - Sculk sensors can't hear it. - Heals you a little when you kill on sculk blocks. - Applies Darkness and Wither on hit. - New draw animation and tooltip. - Sculk Arrows shot by a player can be picked up again. 🗡️ Weapons - Sculkerite Long Sword: stronger, faster and more durable. It can no longer be crafted, only the Nyxar drops it. - Radioactive Sculk Arm: much stronger and more durable, poisons enemies. It can no longer be crafted, only the Radioactive Warden drops it. - Boss items were renewed: each one has its own special description, a glowing name, and doesn't burn or explode when dropped. 💀 Boss spawners - Nyxar, Radioactive Warden and Sculk Golem spawners now show the sleeping boss as an animated 3D model, each with its own model, texture and glow. - Right-click the sleeping boss to wake it up: it wakes for 5 seconds with a heartbeat sound, then the boss spawns. - Sleeping bosses have a hitbox, so they can be clicked on the whole body. - All three spawners now use the same code. 🎁 Boss drops - Sculk Golem: Sculk Golem Head and the new Sculk Golem Arms. - Radioactive Warden: Radioactive Warden Head and Radioactive Sculk Arm. - Nyxar: Nyxar Head and Sculkerite Long Sword. - Heads work as decorations or can be worn, and have new tooltips. 🗿 Sculk Golem - Brand new model, much more detailed than before. - New phase 2 special attack: the Golem raises its arms, swells and glows, charges up power and then slams the ground very hard. - New fight effects: screen shake, a wave of blocks that jumps up from the ground (with echo waves), and targets get pulled in before the hit. - Animated fire eyes (32 frame animation) and a blue fire glow. - New death animation: the Golem now breaks apart into pieces that fall, roll on the ground and fade away. - Arrows and tridents only hurt the boss when they hit the chest core. - Mini creakings are limited, smaller and weaker. The boss can't regenerate anymore. - Sculk Golem Arms can do the same slam attack (see New item). 👹 Other bosses and mobs - Radioactive Warden: new model, fixed sonic boom and shield bugs, limited creaking summons. - Nyxar: new sleeping texture and a small fix on the glowing textures. - Sculk Enderman: completely renewed. New teleport system (blinks next to or behind you, dodges projectiles, wanders by short teleports), leaves a transparent clone when it teleports, gets angry when you look at it, and drops its loot through mini clones that appear when it dies. - Sculk Creaking and Sculk Fish: code reworked. - Boss structures: the spawner was moved down and the sensor above it was removed. 🎨 Textures - Added 118 new textures (wood blocks, chests, signs, spawner animation, golem fire eyes, golem arms, sleeping bosses and more). - Removed the old Sculk Spawner texture. - 21 textures were edited with tiny fixes. No texture changed its resolution. 🔥 Advanced Furnace GUI - The GUI is now animated: the input arrow fills from both ends toward the middle and then down, the output arrow fills left to right, and the fuel flame shrinks smoothly as the fuel burns. - Before, the arrows and the flame were just static images. - Added empty arrow textures and a grey "off" flame texture. ✨ Other - Sculk Mob Spawner has a new animated 3D model. - Boss heads have new tooltips and more detailed models. The Sculk Golem head has animated fire eyes. - Sculk Arms effects are now hidden: the buffs they give no longer show icons in the inventory or the top right corner. - All creative tabs merged into one "Arda's Sculks" tab. - Sculk Arrow now uses the vanilla arrow model. - English and Turkish translations updated. - Removed old unused files and code.

The Sculk World now has its own skybox. ## ⚡ Optimization - File size reduced from about **13 MB to about 3 MB**. - Boss systems, furnace systems and other complex, algorithm-heavy code have been rewritten and optimized to the maximum for better performance. - **Sculk Sensors** (including Soul and Radioactive variants) are now heavily optimized. - **Sculk Golem**, **Spawners**, **Deepslate Dispenser** and **Advanced Furnace** have been optimized. ## ⚠️ Version Support - **Minecraft 1.20.1 is no longer supported.** Arda's Sculks 1.5 is available for NeoForge 1.21.1 only. ## 🔧 Changes & Cleanup (LIGHT edition) - Removed the experimental **Arda's Sculks Book** and all of its menus. - Removed the "may cause lag" warnings from spawner and sensor tooltips. - Removed around 130 unused textures and leftover legacy files for a lighter, cleaner mod. - Slightly adjusted the Agile Slime model. - Updated translations (all language files).
