Fixed a crash on dedicated server startup

**ArcaneMag: Spell (Optional)**: The spell content module. Adds a variety of custom spells, including some designed specifically for TACZ gun synergy and others as original Iron's Spells 'n Spellbooks-style additions.

**ArcaneMag: Enchant (Optional)**: The attachment enchantment module. Adds a variety of perk enchantments for TACZ gun attachments, which can be applied using a vanilla Anvil and enchantment books.

**ArcaneMag: Core (Required)**： The foundational module that provides the charge system and gun-casting framework. Use the Arcane Anvil to imbue TACZ magazines with spells from Iron's Spells 'n Spellbooks. Dealing damage builds up charge; once fully charged, press F to cast the bound spell. This module is mandatory—all other add-on modules depend on it and will not function without it.

--- - Added an Accessory Enchantment Perk system to replace the charge mechanism(means you dont need change config\arcane_mag\spell_charge_mechanisms), along with additional effect perks. - Fixed an issue preventing Recast-type spells from casting correctly. Implemented defensive optimizations. - Aligned summoning spells with the vanilla implementation. **Note**: Data pack/tag-based mechanism files have been removed — this change may invalidate existing data pack configurations.
