Improved the End Crystal animation to now rotate flawlessly in full 360 degrees.
Merged `end_crystal_glass_inner` and `end_crystal_glass_outer` back into a single texture for optimization. While the irregular rotation timing initially seemed like a good idea, after further review, having them synchronized again actually looks much cleaner and better.

I split the `end_crystal_glass` texture into `end_crystal_glass_inner` and `end_crystal_glass_outer`. Now, the rotation timing of the outer glass is no longer the same as the inner glass. This makes the End Crystal's rotation look more irregular/dynamic.
