# Changelog — Update 1.1.0 --- ## Ancestral Menu - Added the **Ancestral Menu** (default key: **B**) - Added the **Ancestral Points** system - Earned by completing challenges and crafting with ancestral machines - Added a **Progression Page** in the Ancestral Menu - Added a **Skills Page** - Available upgrades: - Movement speed - Strength - Mining speed - Extra hearts - All upgrades are unlocked using **Ancestral Points** --- ## Gameplay & Mobs - Ancestral structures now generate **one block higher** - Added new item: **Ancestral Coin** - Zombies now have a **15% chance** to drop **Ancythium** ### Ancestral Mobs Improvements - Ancestral mobs are now the main source of ancestral equipment - Spawn rates: - **1 in 150 Zombies** spawns with a full ancestral set - **1 in 150 Skeletons** spawns with a full ancestral set - Ancestral Zombies additionally carry a **Netherite Sword** - Both receive: - **Resistance II** - **Strength II** - Each armor piece has a **10% drop chance** to drop independently --- ## Ancestral Machines ### Security & Behavior - Hoppers can no longer insert items into machine **output slots** - Hoppers can no longer insert items into **ancestral solution slots** - All items stored inside an ancestral machine are automatically dropped when the block is broken ### Automation - If a hopper containing **Ancestral Solution** is placed above: - Ancestral Infuser - Ancestral Forge The solution is automatically inserted into the correct slot - If a hopper containing **Ancestral Tool Components** is placed above an Ancestral Forge: - Tool heads - Handles - Molds - Ancestral cores Items are automatically routed to their correct slots, allowing partial crafting automation - Fixed incorrect position of the **Ancestral Forge output slot** --- ## Items & Content ### Additions - Added the **Ancestral Codex** to Creative Mode tabs ### Removals Removed unused items: - Ancestral Core - Ancythium Bucket - Infused Crystal - Purified Essence Also removed: - One test item - One test block ### Reorganization - Complete rework of the **Ancestral Codex** layout and structure --- ## Optimization & Technical Changes ### Performance - Performance improvements: - Cached reflection fields used for coal detection in the Ancestral Pedestal - Removed debug code and unused imports - Cleaned up configuration file ### File Size - Reduced mod size by compressing two large images ### Mining Behavior - All mod blocks are now correctly mineable with the appropriate tool type based on their material
