fix bug :The end cannot see the sky rain in every dimension block getting wet everytime

Pig update ,Mega update,v4 a train update,doghuman update v4,kidsune v2 update,saiteme added update,hello bright update,slendergirl added update,omni-kid update ,dragon rework,ben 9 update,thukuna update ,jenny added,ez update,no skill update,toxic update,gg ficking ez update: Anime Sky & 3D Halos: Reworked sky colors with a Blue Archive anime vibe, softer night blue sky, and 8 giant 3D Halo variants locked in world space. New Shooting Stars & Giant Comet: The giant comet now flies across the whole sky in a falling curve and splits into a smaller fragment mid-flight with mixed tail colors (14 color themes). Falling meteors now smoothly part the clouds in two as they pass trough, and fade out near the horizon. Fixed a bug where small shooting stars randomly dissapeared when the big comet spawned. Clouds & Sea of Clouds: Improved 2D anime clouds and added a 3D Sea of Clouds below you when flying above Y > 170. Rain & Water Runoff Effects: Ground now looks slightly flooded with clear water during rain, with water streams flowing down the sides of blocks, stronger wind, thicker clouds, and dimmer sun/moon. Fixed reflection bugs where halos flipped or changed when moving the camera up and down. Nether & The End: Smoother biome color transitions and richer colors in the Nether, plus better Lava and less blinding Glowstone. Added starry comet sky and a mirror void ocean in The End. FPS Optimization: Optimized overall shader perfomance (especially during rain and water reflections) for much better FPS without loosing visual quality. (my bad english sorry for some mistake :))
