Lots of bug fixes which I did a while ago and forgot to upload.

Fixed Hyperion turning into bloodlust

Changes vulcans crossbow + some ohter stuff. Adds better visuals to bone cage. Adds permmisions for commands. Fixes crazy slots duplication glitch.

Added compatibility with ranked smp.

Makes it so that vulcan's crossbow cannot break altars and contagion catalysts (if using arc 2).

Lots of small changes to make it work with arc 2 and some other visuall changes e.g. adding slashes to frost scythe when you attack.

Fixed some null errors and made vulcan power and scythe power actually affect the damage of it so that you can make it so that it doesn't one tap when on hard mode.

Adds a command to remove altars, Wand Of Illusion, config for Bloodlust and some small other changes.

changes - everything has new textures Fixed bloodlust speed and strength not automatically applying (only doing so after restart) Added particles and sound affects to vulkan's crossbow Altars now use vanilla player heads Hopefully fixed player heads not always dropping Added config for damages in most weapons Fixed blood tracker not working Altar is now a block so the converter can be added in arc 2 Added sound effects to most abilities Added freeze effect to frozen players No longer uses new version of custom model data for weapons so should work on lower versions added a command for the warden heart Made it so vulkan's wrath can no longer break barriers or bedrock Added bossbars for abilities and when you are stunned or bleeding 

Makes it so that the items try and keep their orignal names stopping them from bugging.

Just a quick one to make it so that you can actually use the altars in survival.
