Fixed bug where Gulvorr doesn't look the same direction as the throne. Fixed multiplayer bug where only one player hears the boss theme. Added Multiplayer Features: If there are 1-5 players near Gulvorr, he will take one player and swallow them and then (if nearby) he will take another player and swallow, etc. If Gulvorr's Heart is killed, all players in the stomach dimension will be taken out after the death sequence.

Renamed "a180aaa5-8b2c-4c9a-8702-708395ea04ce.ogg" file to "genkfred_challenge_battle.ogg"

Renamed Gluttoner to "Gluttonling" to avoid confusion with Yellowbross' Gluttoner mob planned in the furture.

Added new and improved Glutton Content! Added a new biome and structure in the nether! Added new weapons and items. Revamped the structure of the glutton heart and models of glutton mobs. Hope u enjoy :D
