Bug fixes and a few more mod updates

- Adjusted Subtle Effects settings to be more subtle - Updated more mods to 26.1 It's easier at this point to list the mods that are still disabled due to being outdated, so here is everything that won't work yet: - Better Advancements - Better F3 - Boat Item View - Chat Animation - Cool Rain - Distant Horizons - Do a Barrel Roll - Dynamic Crosshair - Enchantment Descriptions - Freecam - Fresh Animations - Fusion - Inventory Profiles - Make Bubbles Pop - Xaero's Maps - Zoomify Hoping that the devs will have these patched in the next week or so, they've been pretty quick so far. Distant Horizons generally takes longer, but once there's a stable beta available I will include it
