# New Feature
**Reward Countdown Timer** — when you're standing inside an AFK pool region, the plugin now shows a live countdown in your action bar telling you exactly when the next reward drops, e.g. `Next reward in 4:32`.
## Config
New optional config section:
```yaml
# %time% is replaced with the time left until the next reward
timer:
enabled: true
format: '&7Next reward in &e%time%'
````
## Other changes
* Shared region-check helper (less duplicated WorldGuard lookups)
* Players who quit are now properly removed from tracked region lists
* Added unit tests for the countdown formatting (`mvn test`)

# What's Changed
1. Added Folia Support
2. Fixed the Maven build environment - the previous LATEST dependency versions resolved to incompatible snapshot artifacts that broke compilation
3. Pinned dependencies to known-good versions (Spigot API 1.21.4, WorldGuard 7.0.16)
4. Set Java 17 release target and fixed the maven-shade-plugin relocation configuration
5. Fixed GitHub Packages publishing (lowercase artifactId - GitHub rejects uppercase)
6. Updated GitHub Actions workflows to latest versions (checkout/setup-java/upload-artifact v5, JDK 21)
7. Release workflow now also attaches the built JAR to the release
