### Add denied-item tag and bulk load/unload API - Introduce a new item tag (ad_astra_cargo_rockets:denied_in_launch_pad) listing shulker boxes and prevent those items from being inserted into LaunchPad inventories. - Add two CC:Tweaked Lua API methods (loadAllItems, unloadAllItems) with optional item-id filtering on the LaunchPad peripheral to move items to/from rockets. - Register ItemStorage/InventoryStorage for the LaunchPad and enforce denied-item checks in inventory transfer paths (including isValid override). ### Other changes: - increase launch energy requirement, - improve CargoRocket collision checks, - simplify Peripheral registration for Fabric/CC, - fix BlockEntity renderer registration, - bump mod_version, - and update README with API docs. - Added the tag JSON resource file.
